To ensure we are trying to deliver a consistently excellent experience at Huzzah, training is a key requirement of staff.

We understand that with many of our staff bign casual and working different shifts, getting people together training is challenging, so we have come up with the huzzah Huzzah Academy, our training system, that accounts for that.

It’s basically broken down into three areas

• KNOWLEDGE - this will provide with helpful knowledge and tools you are expected to use when at work (and it’s fun!)

• PRACTICAL - we’ll show you how and why we want you to do things certain way

• QUIZZES - 10 min quizzes before you shift on our laptop)
